We accept referrals via the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Common Point of Entry (CPE). If you think you or your child/young person may benefit from treatment within our service and you would be happy to be invited to take part in research then please request a referral via CPE. The research we do can involve one or all of the following: filling out a questionnaire, discussing your experience with a researcher, taking part in a diagnostic assessment, and in some cases, receiving a new treatment as part of a research project.

When CPE receive your referral they will contact you directly to discuss the best local service for you. If it sounds like our research clinic will be suitable for you, you will be asked for your consent to be contacted by the AnDY Research Clinic. Both agreeing to be contacted by us and to take part in research are entirely voluntary.

Referrals should be directed to the Berkshire CAMHS Common Point of Entry (CPE). A referral form can be found on the CAMHS website.
